One of the LCWC members of the Board who lives in Camden replaced grass in his front lawn with a rain garden a number of years ago.  This past weekend, he snapped a picture that captures better than words how a rain garden can be both beautiful and functional.  And it helps to protect our local creeks by absorbing the rain instead of creating runoff.

  1. This is a fabulous, attractive and inspirational example of what can be done at home! Just imagine the stormwater retention that would occur if only 25% of our neighbors did this! Thanks for sharing Paul!
